Atmel's fiscal year ends Dec. 31.

2.  What exchange are you listed on?

Atmel is listed on the NASDAQ. Our ticker symbol is ATML.

3.  Is Atmel listed and traded on any other stock exchanges ?

Atmel is traded on the Euronext Paris.

4.  When will you hold your Annual Stockholders' meeting?

Atmel traditionally holds its Annual Stockholders' meeting in May at the corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA. A formal Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement is sent to all registered shareholders as of the record date in advance of the Annual Meeting.

5.  Have you had any recent stock splits?

Our two most recent stock splits were in August 2000 and December 1999. Both were 2:1 splits.

Atmel has had a total of 5 stock splits. These splits occurred in March 1991, April 1994, August 1995, December 1999, and August 2000. All five splits were 2 for 1.
